Our 2026 Film Programme is Live
Welcome to the new Ditchling Film Society programme for 2026.
There is an eclectic mix of both English and foreign language films, which we have chosen for their diversity and interest. Screenings are on usually on the first Thursday of every month (except January, May and November this year), at 8pm in Ditchling Village Hall with doors open at 7.30pm.
Quality wine and beer is available to purchase prior to every screening.
Membership is £50.00 for twelve months and covers all eleven films from when you join.
Guests pay £7.00 at the door. Payment is by cash or card.
Members can get extra benefits of a 20% discount off food and drink at The Bull pub on movie nights and can also access the society’s library of over 100 titles on DVD and Blu-ray.

Offer: Half-price tickets for Under 25s
DFS are pleased to announce an offer of half-price tickets for our showings for people aged under 25. This makes a guest membership just £3.50 per film – just ask on the door. Please be prepared to provide proof-of-age if requested.
We welcome members and guests of all ages, subject to the BBFC legal age restrictions that apply to each individual film.
Mulled wine, mince pies and Licorice Pizza
We’d love you to join us on Thursday 7 December for a complementary mince pie, washed down with a glass of mulled wine before you settle down to our December film – Licorice Pizza.
We are also launching a new promotional offer of half-price tickets for under 25s – that makes a guest membership for an evening just £3.50. Everyone is welcome (please note that BBFC legal age restrictions still apply). We will be continuing this promotion into next year.
